Delivery

We ship across India and worldwide. It generally takes us 3-5 working days to process your order of the goods in stock.

It is possible to pre-order large format art and out-of-stock items with full prepayment - kindly allow up to 30 days to process such orders.

As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. Shipping times vary as we work with third-party logistics partners. Please note that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Since the order is placed we do not accept any cancellations or change of your order.
Please consider carefully before purchasing. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is canceled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner

Also we ship artworks to the most destinations in the world. Kindly contact us to find out the shipping cost for your destination.

​Once the shipment leaves our studio, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note, art shipped outside of India may take 2-5 weeks for delivery. Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees.

Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

All artworks is packaged in custom made art boxes to insure safe delivery.

Reducing plastic packaging is one such step towards our commitment. However we have to insure safe delivery, so we may use some synthetic packaging materials to protect the artwork - kindly proceed according to your local recycling rules .

Return and refund

We want you to love your new art, therefore we try to provide the detailed information and description of the artwork for you to check the size and iterior fitting. Please notice that colours may slightly vary from screen to screen

 

Please consider carefully before ordering - there is no return of goods of proper quality.

In rare case, if any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit - please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery, we will discuss the return and refund options.

Payment

You can pay for your order in any way convenient for you. We accept cards of most international payment systems. We use Razorpay payment system, which is one of the most secure and discreet payment systems in India. We do not have access to your payment data, we do not collect or store it.

  • specify the payment currency and the country of delivery;

  • enter your contact information and shipping address;
